Where are your teas made?
All of saymêgrace teas are made in Australia, using both local and internationally sourced natural and certified organic ingredients, depending on supply resources and seasonal ingredient offerings.
Are saymêgrace teas only for women?
Not at all! Our teas and tisanes are designed by our founder, Tomi and hand-crafted and approved by certified Tea Masters and Herbalists for both men and women. More than just irresistibly delicious, they help support your holistic beauty and wellness from the inside out!
Are your products gluten-free, allergen-free and vegan-friendly?
We do not certify gluten-free. All our products are cruelty-free. Our blended teas and herbal tisanes are crafted using plant-derived ingredients and natural flavors including tea leaves, herbs, spices, fruits and flowers and are suitable for vegans. Please check the label however, as some of our teas may include honey.
Our teas are blended, packed and stored in an allergen free warehouse and we only purchase our ingredients from other allergen free facilities.
Does saymêgrace teas contain preservatives?
Our teas and tisanes are free from preservatives or any ingredients designed to extend the life of a product.
What is the minimum age recommended for your products?
Our teas and tisanes blended with premium certified organic ingredients and are free from laxative, artificial colours and flavours. They safe to consumed for those below the age of 18 with health care guidance, however, parental/guardian permission is required to purchase our products if you are under 18 years old.
Can I drink the teas while breastfeeding or pregnant?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please seek professional medical advice before using any healthy related consumable products.
What if I have a pre-existing medical condition or currently on a certain medication?
It is recommended for you to consult your healthcare professional for advice before the consumption of our products if you have a pre-existing medical condition or are on any medication.

Email us ASAP (like now) at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to update this for you. As soon as you order, we will send you a confirmation email so please check your details carefully.
If your order has already been shipped, then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, we won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.
I cannot wait to be sippin’ on my new teas – when will my order be shipped?
Sit tight. Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order (we’re fast), orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment. We will drop you a line via email as soon as your order has hit the road.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, all major credit card using Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
Can I use Afterpay here at saymêgrace?
You sure can! We offer Afterpay on all orders.
Afterpay allows you to pay for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight.
How does it work?
- Add your items to cart - Head to the checkout - Choose Afterpay as your preferred payment method. When your order is approved your Afterpay account is also created - Head to www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password. From here, you can check your payment schedule and make payments when you need to. Otherwise the payment will be automatically deducted every fortnight. From now on, every order you make will just need you to log-in.
And that’s it! Easy peasy.
Who can use Afterpay?
- You must be living in Australia and be at least 18 years old; - Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract; - Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and - Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase
Is it going to cost me any extra dollar bills?
Not when you purchase. The only fees applied to shoppers are late fees. This is when your scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you don’t log-in to your Afterpay account to make your payment.

How do I check on the status of my order?
There should be a very helpful email in your inbox somewhere. It’s from us! It contains your order number. Once we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking number; a clickable digit that transports you to the website of your local shipping service. They’ll have all the deets for you.
