Shipping & Delivery
Due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, orders to many countries are experiencing some delays as the result of the increased demand on delivery providers (reduced flights, lockdown restrictions, border closers…etc.). This situation is changing daily, so we are unable to be any more specific than that at the moment. We are trying our hardest do get everyone their orders ASAP and thank everyone for their patience in this difficult time!
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All internet orders are filled as quickly as possible. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are received on the next business day. Once your order is processed, we will aim to dispatch within 48-72 hours.
Approximately 48 hours after your order has been placed you will receive tracking information which will allow you to track your parcel. The expected delivery times set are estimates only.
Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any losses or damages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier/delivery company to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund.

- Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional import duties and/or taxes when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.
- Change of Address’s must be submitted within 2 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to email@example.com
- Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.
- We cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.
- For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
